About the Role

As a senior member of the Development team, you will play a key role in securing essential funds to support pioneering music and health initiatives, including the nationally-renowned 'In Harmony' music education program.

This is a unique opportunity to get creative with a varied portfolio of fundraising initiatives and work innovatively to explore new relationships and introduce funders to the organization's work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure income from trusts and foundations to support music and health initiatives
  • Build external relationships and engage with statutory funders to maximize opportunities
  • Craft persuasive proposals and develop budgets to secure funding
  • Work collaboratively with the artistic team to demonstrate the life-changing impact of music on young people and those living with mental and physical health challenges
About You

We are looking for a fundraising expert with a proven track record of securing income from trusts and foundations. You will be confident in building external relationships, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a talent for crafting compelling proposals.

You will also be a strong organizational skills, with keen attention-to-detail, and proficiency in budget development, financial reporting, and data analysis.
