Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Composites Expert to join our team. In this role, you will utilise your technical expertise to make critical decisions on material selection and lead technical troubleshooting efforts to uncover the root causes of material failures.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leveraging your knowledge of material properties and behaviour to select the optimal material for each project.
• Collaborating with our R&D and design teams to integrate new products into our manufacturing processes.
• Developing and optimising manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Working closely with the project team to identify areas for cost reduction and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in composites or materials science.
• Proven track record of success in material selection and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
