Finance Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team. As a Finance Officer/Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial records and controls are accurate and robust.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, controlling payment cards, and monitoring cash balances. They will also perform monthly finance ledger reconciliations and budget partner roles for some departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience of using finance systems, excellent customer skills, and a commitment to equality/diversity and the safeguarding of young people and vulnerable adults. A Level 3 education is also required.

Our college is located in a thriving community with excellent transport links. The successful candidate will be expected to work within a friendly team alongside experienced finance specialists.

Salary Information
The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
