Bennett and Game Recruitment is a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in the UK, with specialist teams covering various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in chiller and process cooling systems, NVQ Level 2/3 or time served engineer, and a full driving license. They will be responsible for performing planned and reactive service, attending breakdowns, fault-finding, and maintenance works on various cold rooms, chillers, process cooling systems, blast freezers, and spiral freezers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repair work on refrigeration equipment
  • Respond to emergency calls and attend site to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements in processes and procedures
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary up to £40,000 DOE, with OTE of £50,000-£60,000
  • 40 hour working week with overtime paid at 1.5x/2x
