Senior Compliance Officer Job Description

Our client, a leading Global Quantitative Hedge Fund, is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to join their advisory-focussed team. This role will be equivalent to a Senior Vice President or Director-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice on business queries and conduct regulatory analysis on new regulations.
  • Lead market abuse surveillance and assist in the delivery of compliance training.
  • Support financial crime matters and undertake ad hoc project work as required.

Ideal Background:

  • Experience of trading compliance advisory within global markets or hedge funds is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of fixed income products is a plus.
