Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing professional to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of paid ad campaigns. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, collaborating with regional marketing teams, managing website tasks, and assisting with data analysis and integration setup.

This is a hybrid full-time position with an expectation to attend our head office based in Mayfair, London, 2-3 days per week after a settling in period.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Manage, track, and optimize paid ad campaigns, ensuring all actions are taken within stated timelines.
  • Monitor performance and track ad spend, ensuring performance KPIs are met.
  • Liaise with regional marketing teams to keep up-to-date with marketing campaigns and programming, and to request assets/copy, etc.
  • Assist the Head of Digital in analyzing and optimizing campaigns for best performance against business goals, improving ROI and reducing CPA.
  • Liaise with regional marketing teams to instruct when landing pages need creating to support ad campaigns.
  • Daily checks and flagging any issues with functionality.
  • Assist the Head of Digital with website SEO and CRO improvement projects.
  • Monthly catch-ups with the marketing team to relay key performance information.
  • Work with the Head of Digital to implement customer email lifecycles and automated flow strategies using our CRM platform, assisting with data analysis and integrations setup.

Requirements:

  • Previous digital marketing experience within a fast-paced hospitality business is preferable.
  • An analytical mindset and target-driven work ethic.
  • Excellent project management skills and an excellent communicator.
  • A proactive and adaptable nature, capable of multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and working autonomously.
  • Great organization with strong time management, prioritization, and execution, always holding high standards of quality delivery.
  • Proactively look for improvements in sustainability in the workplace.
