We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Heath Farm School. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers to provide personalized education to pupils with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist teachers in creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality educational content
* Provide one-to-one support to pupils, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential
* Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning plans
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being
Requirements
* Educated to GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
