About the Role

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to fill the position of Multi-Skilled Finisher. This role will involve carrying out a range of tasks as designated by the Site Manager, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all designated duties in a responsible and safe manner
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and report on safety requirements, ensuring subcontractors adhere to health and safety protocols
  • Comply with health and safety policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong finishing skills, with a focus on carpentry and joinery
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry-related best practices
  • Ability to attend training sessions as required
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Reliable and punctual
  • In-date CSCS card
