About the Digital Marketing Manager Role


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of paid ad campaigns.


This role involves monitoring performance, collaborating with regional marketing managers, managing website tasks, and assisting with data analysis and integration setup.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and relevant experience.


The Digital Marketing Manager will work in a hybrid full-time position, attending our head office in Mayfair, London, 2-3 days per week after a settling in period.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage, track and optimize paid ad campaigns, ensuring all actions are taken within stated timelines.
  • Monitor performance and track ad spend, ensuring performance KPIs are hit.
  • Liaise with regional Marketing Managers to keep up-to-date with marketing campaigns and programming, requesting assets/copy, and briefing in campaigns.
  • Assist the Head of Digital in analyzing and optimizing campaigns for best performance against business goals, improving ROI and reducing CPA.
  • Liaise with regional Marketing Managers to instruct when landing pages need creating to support ad campaigns.
  • Perform daily checks and flag any issues with functionality.
  • Assist the Head of Digital with website SEO and CRO improvement projects.
  • Hold monthly catch-ups with the Marketing team to relay key performance information.
  • Work with the Head of Digital to implement customer email lifecycles and automated flow strategies using our CRM platform, assisting with data analysis and integrations setup.

About You:



  • Previous Digital Marketing experience within a fast-paced hospitality business is preferable.
  • An analytical mindset and target-driven work ethic.
  • Excellent project management skills and an excellent communicator.
  • A proactive and adaptable nature, capable of multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and working autonomously.
  • Great organization with strong time management, prioritization, and execution, always holding high standards of quality delivery.
  • Proactively look for improvements in sustainability in your workplace.
