Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our nursery team as a Room Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education, with a minimum of Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free meals, accredited training, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave.
