About This Opportunity

Murray is looking for an experienced RF Communications Engineer to join their engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in TETRA, DMR, P25, and similar RF technologies to contribute to the development, testing, and optimization of mission-critical communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement RF communication systems for mission-critical environments.
  • Evaluate and test new and existing RF technologies (TETRA, P25, DMR, LTE/5G) to ensure compatibility and performance within their systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF systems with backend software and network infrastructure.
  • Conduct field testing to assess coverage, signal strength, and reliability across various environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with RF communication technologies (TETRA, P25, DMR, LTE, 5G).
  • Strong understanding of radio frequency propagation principles and digital modulation techniques.
  • Experience with test equipment like spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
