About the Role

We are seeking a passionate NQ Solicitor to join our Court of Protection team based in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will manage your own caseload of Court of Protection matters, supported by a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and empathetic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of Court of Protection matters
  • Support a team of experienced professionals in a dynamic and empathetic environment
  • Lead paralegal training and assist the heads of departments in a supportive and friendly atmosphere
Requirements
  • Compassionate and personable approach
  • Working knowledge of Court of Protection processes
  • Ability to train junior staff and identify and manage emotionally challenging cases with limited supervision
