About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor / Sales Assistant to join our team at Mandeville Recruitment Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer service at all times, both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Maximise growth of sales within the branch by building strong relationships with customers.
  • Answer general enquiries, advise on product availability, delivery dates, and issue quotations in response to enquiries.
  • Pick goods in the warehouse and maintain a high level of organisation.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within retail, customer service, or trade environment.
  • Exceptional sales and customer relationship building skills at all levels.
  • Ability to identify and understand business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Driving licence preferred.
