£450 per day Outside IR35
Initial 3-month contract to be extended for 12 months
Full-time 5 days per week
Hybrid 1 day in the office per month

We are currently reviewing CVs and will be conducting interviews in the near future.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the NEC housing system within the Authority.

Your Role as the Project Manager for Capital Projects:
  1. To create Use Case Descriptions for system functionality, linking these with the Solution Design.
  2. Matching System functionality to tasks within the business processes.
  3. Process mapping "AS IS" and "TO BE" business processes, including making changes, updates, and amends.
  4. To own the Security Spreadsheet and contact Housing Teams about who they want to be able to access which functionality.
  5. To review and approve documentation before it is shared with the project and housing teams.
Your Previous Experience as a Repairs and Maintenance Manager:
  1. Knowledge and experience with Northgate/NEC Housing.
  2. Preferred experience in the following Northgate/NEC Modules: Housing Advice, Allocations, Planned Maintenance, Assets, Asset Performance, and Customer Services.
  3. Experience with Business analysis within the Housing Sector.
  4. Previously completed large project implementations of Housing Management Systems.
  5. Experience within Local Authorities, preferably in Social Housing.
