About the Role

As a Senior Project Planning Specialist at AtkinsRéalis, you will play a central role in delivering complex construction projects valued up to ℙ 100m. Your primary responsibility will be to drive integrated P6 programme delivery and maintain programme schedules.

You will work closely with Project Managers to provide hierarchical performance reporting and correlate schedule, cost, and risk assessments to inform decision-making. Additionally, you will lead on "what-if" scenario planning, providing detailed analysis of contractors' programmes and integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • A track record of achievement in planning within large-scale construction or defence projects
  • Experience in leading teams of professionals in complex business environments
  • Construction project planning expertise gained across large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • An understanding of commercial elements within projects and a track record of driving value
  • A good understanding of programme contractual requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A recognised degree or similar professional qualification

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £90,000 per annum, reflecting the scope and complexity of the role. You will also have access to flexible working arrangements, including remote work options, to support your needs and ambitions outside of work.
