We are seeking a highly skilled Home Support Coordinator to join our team at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing in Sandbach. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young individual with autism and learning disabilities.

As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 support to our service user, promoting their independence and well-being. You will also be required to assist with daily living tasks, maintain their home, and support them with aspects of their daily routine.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. You will also need to be able to drive a motability car and adapt to changing situations.
