We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting our community pharmacies to deliver exceptional patient care and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of great service, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our community pharmacies.
- Work closely with the Regional Healthcare Manager to lead and coach pharmacy teams to achieve exceptional service and targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profit through the achievement of targets, with a strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding.
- Provide exceptional patient care and lead by example, inspiring pharmacy teams to deliver outstanding service.
- GPhC qualified pharmacist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy environment.
- Strong understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and ability to maximize profit through target achievement.
- Full driving license to cover multiple stores.
