Job Description

We are seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee and manage M&E projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MEP systems, their integration into large projects, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To estimate and scope MEP trades during pre-construction
  • To review contract documents and make suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades
  • To manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout coordination
  • To ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a M&E Manager
  • An M&E Engineering Degree / Qualification
  • Knowledgeable in Programming and Planning
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration into large projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
