Credit Controller Job Description

As a Credit Controller at LWC Drinks, you will be responsible for maximising cash collections and reducing debtor days. You will implement and manage credit control procedures to ensure income is maximised and bad debtors are minimised.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Control the aged debtor report and contact customers to collect overdue monies.
  2. Create and control daily KPIs for cash collection and debtor management.
  3. Maintain the sales ledger and ensure accurate financial records.


Requirements:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
