Radiography Team Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled Radiography Team Leader to join our diagnostic imaging team at Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of radiographers to deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient service
  • Supervise and develop junior colleagues to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes

About the Role:

You will have a BSC degree in diagnostic radiography, a postgraduate qualification, and high levels of technical knowledge.

As a Radiation Protection Supervisor, you will also have the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
