Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the equipment installation environment during installation activities
  • Communicate effectively with customers for day-to-day installation and logistical activities
  • Report installation progress to the installation supervisor
  • Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures, including health, quality, and safety standards
  • Install equipment according to pre-determined method instructions and schedules
What We're Looking For:
  • Lift industry experience not required - full training provided
  • Qualified electrical license required
  • Experience with managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholders' expectations
  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
  • Customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
