Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team delivering 24/7 maintenance to a CNC machine shop.
  • Ensure Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) is completed on time while supporting operational requirements.
  • Drive asset uptime and reliability through tactical and strategic activities.
  • Drive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Support quality and manufacturing engineering in delivering right first time components.
  • Collect and analyse data to support continuous improvement activities.
  • Manage financial budget to maximise value.
  • Manage contractors and ensure services are delivered in line with expectations.
  • Plan and manage maintenance and overhauls.
  • Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
