Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician with a strong background in high voltage systems to join our team at Shorterm Group. As a High Voltage Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and fitting high voltage and low voltage harnesses and looms for classic cars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build high voltage and low voltage harnesses and looms
- Work on-site at our partner business, a leading automotive engineering company
- Collaborate with a small team to restore classic cars to their former glory
- Read and create wiring diagrams
- Mock up prototype harnesses
Requirements:
- Strong background in auto-electrical work, either through indentured apprenticeship or equivalent NVQ 3 qualifications
- Experience working with high voltage systems
- Ability to read and create wiring diagrams
- Ability to mock up prototype harnesses
