We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Coppice Lodge, a luxury care home in Arnold, Nottingham. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • At least 6 months experience of working in a residential care home setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
