Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Core Technical is seeking a skilled Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a customer-focused maintenance service, including planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, and other estates services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, first-class customer service skills, and a practical skill set that will provide full building services support to the site.

  • Mechanical and/or air conditioning qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of building services
  • Knowledge of building control systems
  • Practical plumbing skills
  • Understanding of BMS control
  • Experience of AHU maintenance
  • Planned preventative maintenance experience in building services
  • Fully computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Experience on computer-based maintenance systems
  • Extensive health and safety knowledge

Key objectives of the role include:

  • Working on own and as part of an integral member of a team carrying out routine PPM and minor repair works
  • Carrying out skilled planned maintenance, repair, and improvements
  • Installing new plant and equipment when required
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant
  • Working in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices, and Method Statements
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas
