About the Role:

As the Generative AI Program Manager, you will define the strategic vision and roadmap for Amazon's generative AI initiatives within the Workforce Staffing domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement generative AI programs that transform how Amazon attracts, hires, and nurtures top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop and manage generative AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to implement generative AI programs for various processes and use cases.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and other relevant laws.
  • Drive ideation, prototyping, and iterative improvement of generative AI models.
  • Oversee the implementation of generative AI systems, ensuring integration with existing workflows.
  • Establish governance frameworks and compliance measures for responsible use of generative AI technologies.
  • Conduct testing and monitoring of generative AI solutions to optimize effectiveness.
  • Evangelize the benefits of generative AI within the organization and drive cultural change.
  • Manage project timelines and resource allocation for successful delivery.
  • Develop and deliver Generative AI training content and lead live training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing complex AI/ML programs.
  • Deep understanding of generative AI models and algorithms.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or MBA in relevant field.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
