We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sushi Chef to join our team at HANA GROUP UK LIMITED in Oxford. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi products while maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
- Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
- Be a skilled multitasker in a fast-paced environment
- Clean the workspace and storerooms as required
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safe environment for our customers, our clients, and ourselves
- Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning
- A good understanding of Food Safety & Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies
- Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning
- Ability to work as part of a team or on your own while maintaining high standards at all times
- Enthusiastic, energetic, with the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Flexible with a 'can do' attitude
- Always happy to help customers with a smile

- This role pays £11.45 per hour
- Paid every two weeks (fortnightly)
