Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrologist to lead our national programme of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering flood risk management projects, working with other disciplines within the water team, and overseeing junior hydrologists.

About You

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience of delivering infrastructure projects or working with local authority/national government. They will also have commercial experience, including project management and bid preparation, and be able to build client relationships and develop suitable opportunities.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements, part-time options, and flexible bank holiday entitlement. We also invest in your development, whether that's chartership, training or mentoring.
