About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at People Group Limited. As a key member of our engineering consultancy, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality electrical design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design and project management on various projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including lighting, small power, fire alarm, and security systems.
  • Utilize design software to prepare calculations, designs, and specifications.
  • Prepare written reports, condition surveys, and equipment schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 6 years of experience in UK building services, with a strong track record of delivering electrical design projects.
  • Professional membership status (Chartered or Associate) or progressing towards it.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
