Tax & Structuring Knowledge Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax and Structuring Knowledge Lawyer to join our team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our Tax and Structuring team, you will play a pivotal role in curating and maintaining a comprehensive suite of legal resources, including precedents, practice notes, and training materials.
Key Responsibilities- Curate and maintain a comprehensive suite of legal resources, including precedents, practice notes, and training materials.
- Ensure our content is current, relevant, and engaging for our target audiences, spanning clients, industry peers, and the broader legal community.
- Align content creation with our firm's business development goals, supported by strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Distill complex legal changes into concise, commercially viable advice, and demonstrate exceptional writing and editorial prowess.
- Solid commercial legal background, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on corporate tax transactions.
- Experience in real estate or finance tax issues is a plus but not essential.
- Exceptional writing and editorial prowess, demonstrated through a portfolio of high-quality, engaging legal content.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to align content creation with our firm's business development goals.
