About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Kingspan Water & Energy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with customers across your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including home owners, builders, contractors, and merchants
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, working closely with our technical sales team
  • Generate quotations and manage customer inquiries through our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and technical offices to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives with key customers
  • Prepare and present performance reports and presentations on territory performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role or extensive field-based sales experience
  • Strong sales skills and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving license
