The Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
