About the Role

Clarkson Owens Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly expanding contractor specializing in the EV Charging Sector. Due to their growth, this organization is seeking an experienced Estimating Director to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire commercial team, including QS's and Estimators.
  • Manage and oversee the commercial operations of the organization.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Estimator at a senior level.
  • Experience managing a team in a commercial or construction background.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
