Job Title: Automotive Progressor

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Renault Retail Group as a highly skilled Automotive Progressor. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standard, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our Car Sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Inspecting new vehicles upon arrival, documenting any damage or missing parts.
  2. Coordinating vehicle preparation, including cleaning and valeting.
  3. Parking vehicles safely and efficiently in designated areas.
  4. Handling handover exchanges of returned company cars and associated administrative tasks.
  5. Receiving payment for damages on returned vehicles.
  6. Supporting the sales team in maintaining showroom and outdoor display standards.


Requirements:
A full UK driving licence held for at least one year is essential for this role. You will also need excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
Working a 5-day week (with occasional Saturdays), you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering exceptional customer experiences. In return, you can expect a basic salary of £25,000 per annum plus a bonus of up to £8,750, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and subsidised car option after 3 months' service.
