About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Risk and Controls Manager to join our IT Governance, Risk and Compliance team at OSB. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in the execution of RCSA processes and activities, delivering risk and control management services across the IT Department and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance RCSA, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to ensure effective risk posture and performance of IT, Data, and Cyber services.
  • Provide end-to-end accountability for Risk and Control Management across IT functions, aligning with expected standards, legislation, and regulation.
  • Collaborate with first-line SME teams to implement controls to mitigate operational risks and drive the adoption of automated controls.
  • Support first-line risk owners in developing Key Risk Indicators and metrics to ensure alignment with OSB's risk appetite framework.
  • Represent the IT GRC team as a subject matter expert for IT, Data, and Cyber Risk Management across various meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the IT Risk and Control Roadmap to drive risk maturity and embed risk and control practices and culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering IT, Data, and Cyber risk management activities supporting IT Risk Management Frameworks, with a combination of conceptual thinking and practical implementation.
  • Strong technical understanding of risk management, including experience in risk and control frameworks within a regulated industry.
  • Experience in developing Key Risk Indicators and applying Risk and Control Frameworks.
  • IT GRC industry qualification, such as DRMC, CRISC, CISM, or CISA.
