CV-Library is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Holiday Mail Carrier to join our team.

Job Description:

This role involves delivering holiday mail and parcels to residential and commercial properties in the UK. As a Holiday Mail Carrier, you will be responsible for navigating dedicated routes, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route Navigation: Deliver holiday mail and parcels to designated areas, covering up to 10 miles per shift.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Mail Sorting: Sort and process mail within the delivery office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Delivery Methods: Deliver parcels via foot or van, depending on the route and location.
Requirements:
  • Valid Driving Licence: Hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
  • No DR/IN Endorsements: Have no DR or IN endorsements on your driving licence for insurance purposes.
  • Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Physical Demands: Demonstrate good levels of fitness to meet the demands of the role, including walking and standing for extended periods.
  • Previous Experience: Previous delivery experience is an advantage but not essential.
Working Hours:

Work 5 shifts per week, including Saturdays, with approximately 8am-4pm (Monday-Saturday) or 12 midday-7pm (Monday-Saturday) shift times. Sunday shifts are optional.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is £32,640 based on 20 hours of work per week at £16.00 per hour.
