Job Summary:

Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Lettings Consultant & Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Residential Lettings/Management sector, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage services control, including gas, electricity, water bills, council tax, and switch overs.
  2. Respond to emails from stakeholders, landlords, new enquiries, and clients.
  3. Perform basic lettings tasks, such as creating leases, tenancy agreements, and safety certifications.
  4. Update information within Excel spreadsheets and property software.
  5. Answer incoming calls and delegate maintenance tasks, allocating engineers as needed.
  6. Update tenancy records and source new business opportunities.
  7. Maintain a general diary of office administration and email the property database.
  8. Assist with various clients and employees visiting the office and maintain general housekeeping.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience working in Residential Lettings/Property Management.
  2. Ideal ARLA qualification.
  3. Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  4. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  5. Proficiency in various Microsoft Office programs.

Remuneration:

£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary commensurate with experience.
