Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM)
Hybrid | 3-4 days a week onsite | Up to £52,000 pa
Digital Gurus is seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to join our team. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
In this critical role, you will work closely with various departments to develop and implement innovative technology strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall performance. You will be the key link between operational needs and IT solutions, contributing to the success and growth of the company.
This is a Hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite in a well-established business that is heavily investing in its digital transformation. You will be working with a talented team to drive innovation and meet business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alignment: Act as the main liaison between departments and IT, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
- Technology Solutions Development: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.
- Project Management: Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.
