The Management Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Officer to join their team on a part-time basis for a housing company in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract performance and liaise with residents to ensure repairs and maintenance activities are handled efficiently.
  • Oversee void work and ensure stock condition surveys are updated in accordance with company processes.
  • Work closely with customer service teams to address tenant feedback on repairs and assist with cyclical repairs projects.
  • Collaborate with housing management and asset management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contracts management and voids, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Good awareness and exposure of Health and Safety and ability to manage surveying processes.
  • Able to assist with cyclical maintenance work and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Preferably, experience in the housing, care, public, or third sectors.
