Reed HR is partnering with a company in Kent to find a skilled Change and TUPE Specialist to lead their organization through complex transformation projects. This contract role offers a competitive daily rate and the chance to work with a dynamic team dedicated to managing change effectively and ensuring seamless transitions during TUPE processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of change initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on TUPE regulations, guiding the organization through the transfer process with minimal disruption.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all aspects of the TUPE process are compliant with legal requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the transfer to ensure transparency and understanding of the changes.
  • Support and advise managers and employees throughout the change process, providing training and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing change and TUPE processes within complex organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of TUPE legislation and its practical application in a business context.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
