About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our Alternative Provision / PRU team in Tilbury. This full-time contract position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive impact in a unique educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students in an Alternative Provision setting.
  • Collaborate with other staff to create a positive and structured learning environment.
  • Support students' growth, both academically and personally.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to staff, parents, and guardians.
  • Promote a safe and supportive classroom where students feel encouraged to learn and grow.

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent and have experience in Alternative Provision or PRU settings. Strong classroom management skills, a flexible and patient approach, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse educational needs are essential.
