**About the Opportunity:**
We are recruiting for an Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join our team in Wigan. As a key figure in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our apprenticeship programmes and ensuring they meet the needs of our learners.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the planning and implementation of apprenticeship programmes
- Work closely with our training team to develop and deliver high-quality training content
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to identify areas for improvement
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- A degree in a relevant field, such as education or business
- At least 2 years' experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a further education setting
- Strong project management and organisational skills
