The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, planning projects, and analyzing financial data. They will also be able to write clear briefings, analyze investment proposals, and develop good working relationships. Political restriction applies under the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, and security vetting clearance will be required.
