Senior Bakery Team Member
About the Role:First Contact Chefs is seeking a motivated and skilled bakery team member to join our team. As a Senior Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQs)
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
