About the Role:

First Contact Chefs is seeking a motivated and skilled bakery team member to join our team. As a Senior Bakery Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQs)
  • Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
