Job Description:

At SENCE Recruit, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Structural Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough design quality checks on structural engineering projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct design quality checks on structural engineering projects
Review and evaluate structural designs, calculations, and specifications
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to enhance design accuracy and efficiency
Perform site visitations to assess ongoing projects and provide feedback
Train and mentor new engineers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural design and engineering
Proven track record of conducting design quality checks and site assessments
Experience in training or mentoring junior engineers is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of structural design codes and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
