Job Title: Business Development Director

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Director to join the Redline Group Ltd team, covering the UK territory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, sales, and client relationships across the Defence, Aerospace, and Space sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive business development and sales
  • Management of client relationships
  • Bid submission and negotiation of commercial terms
  • Improving market position and achieving financial growth

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling RF systems, MMICs, RF semiconductors, and electronic subsystem solutions to primes in the Aerospace and Defence industries.

They will also have extensive experience in leading new business generation within the RF electronic product line or semiconductor market.
