Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of pool users? We are seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Vauxhall Leisure Centre.
A key aspect of this role is maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for supervising pool activities, responding to emergencies, and providing first aid when needed.
We require a candidate with strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will also need to possess a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be willing to undergo training.
In addition to your lifeguarding duties, you will be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area, set up equipment, and assist with customer queries.
As a Lifeguard with GLL, you can expect to experience regular pool rotations, working with a supportive team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
