Salary and BenefitsYou will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of £29,702 per year, plus an excellent monthly bonus scheme that can add up to £39,686 per year. About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive their team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, leading and developing your team, and ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, experience of leading a team, and a commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins. A full and valid driving license is also essential.
