About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Reporting Specialist to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing our ESG disclosure program, with a focus on CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and other required and voluntary ESG disclosures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop a robust ESG & CSRD Data Collection & Reporting program.
  • Support external consultants to conduct data readiness review, establish a reusable reporting infrastructure, and maximise internal engagement, educate, and guide business data owners.
  • Oversee internal data collection outreach and ensure ESG data consistency across the business.
  • Integrate with existing systems for data collection and management and/or evaluate opportunities for improvements to streamline efforts.
  • Implement reliable and auditable processes and controls for ESG data collection, validation, and reporting.
  • Draft project plan with concrete milestones and monitor the execution of each work stream.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify gaps in data collection and data quality and develop solutions that are replicable and scalable and aligned with CSRD reporting requirements.
  • Stay on top of regulatory requirement changes, project timeline and reporting deadlines in partnership with the global Compliance team.
  • Conduct meetings and report detailed project progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate internal checks and approvals.
