Job Title: Precision Machinist

The Jark Worcester team is currently looking for a skilled Precision Machinist to join our roster of talented professionals. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and tools, utilizing your expertise in precision machining.

Main Responsibilities:
- Operating milling machines, grinders, and lathes with precision and accuracy
- Working from engineering drawings to manufacture high-quality tooling and dies
- Assembling and polishing tooling and dies using hand tools and equipment
- Conducting quality checks using CMM to ensure all components meet specified tolerances
- Maintaining a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- Skilled and experienced precision machinist with a strong background in toolroom operations
- Proficient in the use of various machine tools and hand instruments
- Ability to work accurately within tight tolerances with different materials
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and ability to interpret them effectively
- Experienced in operating measuring equipment and taking precise readings
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and management

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday working hours: 08:00 - 16:30
